Deliveries within Germany are free of charge for a purchase over 70€. We need to charge a shipping fee of 3,90€ for orders under 70€.

Good to know: Inside Europe (except Switzerland and UK) shipping costs starts from €9, depending on weight, and are free over €140 (Switzerland and UK: €250).

We ship climate neutral with DHL GoGreen. This means that all CO2 emissions that arise on the shipping route are offset by specific environmental protection measures. More about it here.
Plastic-free and no frills! We completely ship without plastic bags, tissue paper and Co. and only tie our articles with an organic cotton ribbon. We also offer to send our goods in an original RePack instead of a normal single-use box. More information about our packaging here.
It depends on where you are. Orders within Germany will take 1-3 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 3-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
If the order has not yet been packed, we can do it! Please write to us at email@example.com as soon as possible.
When your order leaves our warehouse, you will get a shipment confirmation including a tracking number. You can then follow your delivery whilst on its journey to you. If there’s a problem with the delivery, the delivery status hasn’t changed in a week or your tracking number hasn’t been attached to your notification, please send us an email with your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If something from your order doesn't fit or please you, you can return the item within 30 days of receipt at your own expense. The prerequisite for this is that the articles are unworn and unwashed. If you have ordered from us in the online shop within Germany, you can easily use our returns portal for returns. More information can be found here.
As a small label, the costs that would be incurred for the postage of returns are very difficult to manage. We therefore ask for your understanding that we transfer the shipping costs for returns to the customer.
If you want to exchange one or more items from your order, you can also use the returns portal. Here you have the option of exchanging a non-matching item for an item of the same model (different color/different size) of the same price. In this case, we will cover the costs of the return within Germany for you. We do not cover the costs for shipping from abroad. To exchange for another item, please place a new order and return the other item as described above. An exchange can be made up to 30 days after delivery.
Definitely! Close the RePack with the Velcro fastener and some tape. The tab with the address of the RePack depot in Tallinn must follow folded inside and should not be visible. Stick the return label on the front over the adhesive tape and take the repack to the nearest parcel acceptance point. You can get the label in our returns portal. More information here.
Yes this is not a problem. Please let us know beforehand by e-mail or phone if you want to come, as our office is currently not always manned. Please note that we can take back goods, but usually don't have new goods for an exchange.
It can take up to 14 days before we can make the repayment. If it takes longer, please contact our service.
If an item is damaged before use or if it was delivered incorrectly, please contact our service team. We will then take care of your complaint.
You can simply fold the empty RePack and throw it into the nearest mailbox – the address of the RePack depot in Tallinn is on the flap on the bag. This must be visibly unfolded. As soon as the shipping bag has arrived at the RePack center, you will receive a 10% voucher for your next purchase from us by email. This can take up to 14 days. More information here.
We work with unisex sizes – this means that our sizes are not always comparable with the usual sizes. Please always take a look at the size chart that can be found under each item and compare the measurements with those of a well-fitting garment. If you are still unsure, take a look at our size guide or contact our Service team.
Yes and no. In our office in Hamburg we only have a few unique items and all of the refurbished items. That means, should you be in the area, please write us a short e-mail about what you are interested in. We will then contact you immediately and let you know whether we have something suitable.

That depends a little on the article. If the demand is very high, we usually order again. You are on the safe side if you register for the Restock Alert on the article page. You will then receive an email when the item is back in stock. In addition, it is always worth taking a look at our refurbished articles.
RETURN PROMISE, REPAIR & MAINTENANCE
We promise a lifelong return policy on all our produced items. This means that you can either send or bring back worn clothes that you purchased from us earlier. After the returned clothes were checked for its condition, you will be provided with a voucher. You can then redeem your voucher in our webshop. Here you can find more information on the processing of voucher payments and the amount of your voucher.
All garments given back will be checked on its condition, reconditioned and repaired if necessary, cleaned and offered as an refurbished item in the shop.
Good to know: Refurbished items are not only cheaper as new items but we still ensure a 12-month guarantee on defects in material and workmanship. That’s something you don’t get with other Second- Hand clothes.
We are happy when clothes stay usable for as long as possible. If your Manitober items need to be repaired, please write to our service team. We will either provide you with a repair kit or take care of the repair within the statutory warranty period. Even after that, please contact us – we will be happy to help you either way.
You should of course enjoy our products for as long as possible. The general rule is not to wash clothes unnecessarily often – also for the sake of the environment. We recommend washing all garments inside out at 30 degrees on a gentle cycle with detergent without optical brighteners and fabric softener and then pulling them into shape. It is best to dry it lying flat; tumble dryers or heating should be avoided to protect the fibers.

The textile industry is increasingly making use of gender clichés in childrens' fashion, which force children from an early age into socially predefined roles and have a lasting impact on their way of thinking. We think children should wear what they like. There are so many beautiful colors and not just pink and blue.
For us as a company, sustainability means that we not only value ethical production and ecologically compatible materials, but also the longevity of our products and with it the extension of the product life cycle. Our manufacturers are based in Portugal and underlie EU laws when it comes to occupational health and safety, minimum wages, working conditions and co-determination law. We only work with companies that we know through personal recommendations or long-term cooperation and can therefore personally guarantee fair production conditions. In addition, there is a QR code with transparent information about the manufacturing process on every care label in the garment.
For the fabrics of our clothing we only use raw materials that have been obtained in harmony with nature and animals. In the case of natural fibers such as cotton and wool, these are organic-certified cultivation or animal husbandry methods or recycled wool fibers. We also use synthetic fibers if they can be recycled and reused properly. We are currently using Lyocell together with organic cotton in some T-shirts because we are convinced that it corresponds to our idea of real sustainability (production, use, care, disposal). All of our boiled wool articles are GOTS certified. Our goal is to have the entire range GOTS certified successively. Unfortunately, certification processes are often very time-consuming and expensive. We are therefore currently examining which other certificates we consider to be really useful for us.
