Deliveries within Germany are free of charge for a purchase over 40€. We need to charge a shipping fee of 3,90€ for orders under 40€.
If you’re living outside of Germany, you can see the cost of delivery before ordering by placing your items in the basket, adding your postcode and country and pressing calculate. Free shipping for orders over 50€ (within Europe).
After concluding your purchasing process, you will receive an order confirmation per mail where you will find all the necessary information. Your order is then sent to our warehouse where it will proceed through packaging and shipped not later than 24 hours after ordering. When your order finally leaves our warehouse, you will get a notification including a tracking number. You can then follow your delivery whilst on its journey to you. If there’s a problem with the delivery, the delivery status hasn’t changed in a week or your tracking number hasn’t been attached to your notification, please send us an email with your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will get in touch with the shipping company. Normally we will send you a spare packet instead of waiting for the “lost” one. It would simply take too long to get to you in time for full satisfaction.
Of course, you can make use of your compulsory right of return within the scope of the statutory provisions. Within 4 weeks of the e-mail confirming shipment you can send unworn and unwashed items back to the address below at your expense, without giving reason. We would love to receive it in its original packaging. You will receive the refund in the same payment method used for the purchase.

Items that show defects in materials and workmanship please send to our office in Hamburg in their original packaging and after prior notification to email@example.com. Then we will send you a spare package. (Excluded from this are articles that show wear and tear because of its wearer.)
If you want to return something with your RePack, simply close it with the fastener and some tape. Stick a return label on the front on top of the tape and take the repack to the nearest parcel acceptance point.
If the acceptance point is not yet familiar with the RePack concept and would like to mistakenly book the bag as bulky good, you can assure them that this is not necessary. It can be labeled as a normal package.
By the way: the warranty for new items is 24 months, for refurbished items 12 months!
