Our rebuy concept allows us to return already worn clothes to the cycle and extend its life.

Therefore, we offer a lifetime return policy on all our items – no matter in which condition your Manitober item comes back to us, we will accept it. Best of it: You'll receive up to 50% of the purchase price as a gift certificate, regardless of where you bought them. Even if they are completely worn out, we will still give you at least 5%.

Your returned garments will be inspected by us, professionally cleaned and repaired if necessary. This way we make sure that they get a second or third life: as refurbished items at low prices in our store, as goods in second hand stores or as donations where there is a need. We have thus established our own circular system that conserves resources and makes sustainable clothing available to more people.

With our take-back promise, we offer you the opportunity to rid your closet of unworn or outgrown pieces. At the same time, when you buy new, you can already take into account our later credit and save money in the long run. Do you want to be part of the cycle?

This is how easy it is

1 Fill out form and register return of your worn items (for returns this way)

2 Receive confirmation email with free DHL return label from us (can take up to 3 business days)

3 Securely pack worn clothes and send them back to us within 14 days. You come from Hamburg? You can also bring your clothes to us personally by arrangement.

4 We will check your return within 14 days and send you our offer in the form of a voucher code by mail.

5 Accept the offer and redeem the voucher in our store. If you do not want to accept the offer, we will send the items back to you free of charge.

IMPORTANT: Please always enclose a note with your first and last name as well as your e-mail address with the return so that we can assign the correct form.

Our criteria for the amount of your voucher:

Category	Characteristics	% of original price
AA	Parts in mint condition and hardly worn, with little or no wear. No repairs are necessary.	50%
A	Worn parts that show minor to moderate wear, few easily removable stains, and minor damage in need of repair.	30%
B	Preloved: Frequently worn parts that show moderate to heavy wear, small stains or wash marks. Minor to moderate repairs are incurred.	20%
C	Stock Sale: Frequently worn parts that show heavy wear, stains or wash marks. There are also major repairs that are recognizable as such.	5%

In any case, you will receive at least 5% of the sales price for your return. Even if we do not resell your item, but have to pass it on as a donation or dispose of it properly.

You can always refuse our offer if you are not satisfied with our evaluation. We will then send the clothing back to you free of charge or you can pick it up from us.
