The first time, I came to visit José Carlos and his family in Barcelos, I was still young and looked even younger. But nobody seemed to wonder about that corny dude who wanted to talk business. Everybody acted very professional and after I came again several times, we became friends. Nowa- days, son Filipe and daughter Sofia have taken over the business. I really like them and opposite to their father, both of them speak decent English, which improves communication a lot for certain things. They are very friendly and down-to-earth, yet clever and open-minded. The fact, that I still know most of employees from my first visit speaks for their excellent work, which is always on point.
